We are delighted to partner with a well-established safety training provider is seeking a
Training Administrator
to join their growing team on a 12-month contract, with the potential to become permanent. The company delivers a wide range of industry-recognised safety training courses, helping clients meet compliance standards and upskill their workforce.
This role would suit someone with strong organisational skills who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll play a key part in ensuring training sessions are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
The Role:
You'll be responsible for managing both pre- and post-course administration, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the training department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare all pre-course documentation and materials
* Process post-training paperwork accurately and promptly
* Maintain records and databases to ensure compliance and traceability
* Handle general administrative tasks as required
* Liaise with trainers, clients and participants to support smooth course delivery
About You:
* Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within training, education or compliance
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or database management is an advantage
