As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
* Taking responsibility for the smooth running of the hotel outlets on a daily basis.
* Working closely with owners to drive sales and marketing initiatives.
* Maintaining high standards in back-of-house areas and ensuring that all staff are motivated and trained to achieve their best.
Main responsibilities include:
* Leading the hotel team to maximise revenue and deliver excellent standards of service at all times.
* Managing the financial aspects of the hotel, including costings, purchasing and labour costs.
* Motivating and developing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.
Ideal candidate:
* A proven track record in managing food and beverage hotel operations (min 2 years experience).
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with owners, staff and other stakeholders.
* Financial awareness and analytical skills, with the ability to manage budgets and make informed decisions.
* Flexible regarding working days and hours, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
