Accounts Assistant Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced accounts professionals or motivated individuals looking to return to the workforce in a flexible capacity.
The role involves a range of duties, including debtor and creditor reconciliation, preparing monthly bank reconciliations, analysis and reconciliation of credit card payments, and preparation of VAT and RTD returns.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will assist with internal and external audit queries, prepare and present reports to the Finance Manager as required, and perform other accounts administration duties as needed.
This role is offered on a permanent basis, with a working schedule of three days per week. To succeed in this position, you must have previous accounts experience and advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel. A reliable, professional, and highly motivated individual with strong numerical and analytical skills, as well as attention to detail and quality orientation, is required.
