Responsibilities
* Oversee Product Compliance information in the Agile PLM system:
* Approve products for sale to target markets
* Enter and update critical component information
* Administrate Environmental Compliance documentation (RoHS, REACH, POP, TSCA, etc.)
* Administrate Product Compliance Certificates
* Enter and update SVHC information in SCIP Database
* Independently collect compliance information & monitor product certifications
* Independently maintain Technical File
* Enter and update label content for Typeplate and GHS
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
* Minimum of two years of experience working in a professional office environment
* Proficient with MS Office
* The successful candidate will be:
o a proven self‑starter and team player
o committed to continuous improvement
o having strong attention to detail
o experienced with Agile PLM or Oracle
* Product Compliance knowledge (Safety, EMC, RoHS, WEEE, etc.)
* An independent worker, capable of operating in a fast‑moving, ever‑changing environment and able to make tough, difficult business decisions
* Able to drive and manage change, be non‑political, creative and possess a strong desire to win and passion to excel and integrate the R&D team into a lean, efficient, results‑oriented organization
* Working knowledge of LEAN Principles
Work Location & Arrangement
This role will work at Hach/Biotector office in Cork (Ireland). The position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement: you may work part‑time at the company location and part‑time remotely from your home.
