What you'll do
1. Define and communicate your squad's mission, inspiring clarity and focus
2. Serve as the voice of the customer, anticipating and prioritising their needs
3. Drive iterative delivery, measure performance, and remove impediments
4. Balance quality, cost, and timelines to achieve business goals
5. Lead and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
What you'll bring
6. 8–10 years' experience in product management, product development, or systems development
7. Strong knowledge of contact center technologies (voice, email, chat)
8. Agile experience and a track record of iterative delivery
9. The ability to influence, motivate, and build high-performing teams
10. Intellectual curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset
