About the Role
We're looking for an Inside Sales Executive to help us convert inbound leads, build relationships with existing clients, and uncover new business opportunities. This is a key commercial position in a collaborative sales team where your voice, ideas, and results will make a real impact.
Responsibilities
* Responding to inbound leads via phone and email (asking the right questions, qualifying interest, and getting the conversation moving)
* Making outbound calls to both prospects and existing clients (building trust, following up, and identifying cross-sell/upsell opportunities)
* Supporting the field sales team with qualified leads, CRM updates, and pre-meeting prep
* Researching target accounts and market sectors, helping us stay one step ahead
* Keeping the CRM up to date with accurate notes, opportunities, and pipeline stages
* Identifying buying trends and customer behaviours, and sharing insights that help us grow
* Bringing fresh ideas to the table, we welcome initiative, continuous improvement, and smart shortcuts
Qualifications
* 1+ years' experience in an inside sales, sales support, or customer engagement role
Required Skills
* Confidence making outbound calls
* Experience using a CRM to track leads, manage pipeline, and stay on top of follow-ups
* A customer-first mindset; you're listening, learning, and looking for solutions
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
* The ability to prioritise, stay organised, and juggle multiple conversations at once
Preferred Skills
* Experience in B2B sales within manufacturing, food, pharma, or industrial sectors
* A qualification in business, sales, or a related field; not essential, but a nice to have
