Role Overview
This is a dynamic role offering flexibility to work both virtually and from our office.
* Implementing psychometric assessments for recruitment and development
* Supporting the development of skills frameworks and profiles
* Project management and continuous learning on a variety of Talent Advisory topics
* Conducting research and qualitative analysis to inform project outcomes
* Assisting in the design and delivery of workshops and client presentations
Key Requirements
A strong educational background in Occupational Psychology or equivalent HR qualification
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in consultancy/professional advisory with evidence of complex project management
Strong understanding of psychometrics, recruitment and talent advisory
Flexibility to travel as required
