The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our NPD team in Tullamore. The purpose of this role is to support the business in continuing to build our brand and launch new products that meet customer requirements.
Working as part of a collaborative and fast‑paced team, you will support a variety of activities across new product development and existing product development, while building strong relationships across the wider business.
Your Key Responsibilities
Support the team with key project activities, administration, and general housekeeping tasks
Prepare product samples for internal reviews and customer presentations
Coordinate line trials and organise sample dispatch activities
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, food handling, and health and safety
Build and maintain strong working relationships with teams across R&D, Marketing, Operations, and Procurement
Support projects across both new product development and existing product development activities
Work to agreed timelines and procedures to support successful project delivery
Assist with maintaining accurate project information and documentation
The Ideal Candidate
Passion for food and product innovation
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and understand new processes and ways of working
Desire to grow within the business and develop additional responsibilities over time
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and email systems
Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
