An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a growing finance team in Dublin.
This role combines Accounts Payable responsibilities with exposure to company secretarial and corporate support activities, offering variety and development within a professional finance function.
Key Responsibilities:
Process supplier invoices, including invoice matching, coding, approvals, and payment runs.
Maintain supplier accounts, manage queries, and complete supplier reconciliations accurately and on time.
Support month-end activities through AP reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.
Assist with company secretarial and corporate administration, including board documentation, bank account openings, and SPV set-ups.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in an Accounts Payable or finance support role.
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and basic accounting principles.
Experience using an ERP system (Microsoft Business Central highly desirable) and strong Excel skills.
High attention to detail, strong organisation skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a busy environment.
