Skills Required for this Assistant Manager's role:
Proven experience as Retail Manager, preferably in the fashion, adventure, or lifestyle sector.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A results-driven approach with a track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities for this Assistant Manger's role:
Support the store manager with the day to day running of the store which involve KPI's, team training, recruitment and visual merchandising.
Manage and motivate a dynamic team of 10, ensuring top-notch customer service and a high-performing store environment.
Support with the visual merchandising of the store.
Build a loyal customer base by delivering exceptional service and creating a community hub for outdoor enthusiasts.
