Financial Services Team Leader (Southwest Clare) Key 2 Recruitment has been retained by an expanding professional services company practice based in Southwest Clare to recruit a team to join their well-established team.
The Company The firm is well established with a young dynamic team and provides advice to clients which are drawn from the entire business spectrum.
Key Responsibilities will include: Responsible for supervising, managing and motivating your team and provide effective guidance Advocate change and continuous improvement supporting a team to deliver the highest quality of service for customers.
Accountable for the daily performance of the team against Key Performance Indicators; gathering key performance metrics, monitoring, reviewing and providing regular feedback.
Responsible for ensuring that the team follow all training and compliance requirements; respond to any risks and issues identified and work with the management team to share and implement any improvement opportunities.
Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with people at all levels.
Flexible and adaptable approach to work with a positive attitude.
