Assistant Store Manager (Full-Time) – Pandora
Location: Galway, County Galway, Ireland
Incoming appointment for 39 hours per week, permanent. Salary €30,500–€38,000 per year (FTE). Monthly bonus 10 % (up to 20 %). Generous employee discount, jewellery uniform allowance, and other benefits.

Role Overview
As an Assistant Store Manager you will support the Store Manager in achieving commercial success, lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team, and ensure excellent customer experience during the manager’s absence.
What You’ll Do
Commercial Focus
Drive store performance by analysing sales, KPIs and customer feedback to inform commercial decisions.
Support the Store Manager in planning and executing business strategies that meet sales targets.
Champion visual merchandising and product displays to maximise impact.
Leadership
Build, lead and nurture a diverse, inclusive team.
Deliver clear communication, feedback and development conversations.
Act Ancak role model, embedding Pandora values (Dream, Dare, Care, Deliver).
Customer Experience
Serve as a Pandora ambassador on the shop floor.
Inspire the team to create personalised moments using the selling ceremonyរស៕.
Maintain high service standards and resolve escalated issues.
Store Operations
Handle daily tasks: rotas, stock control, till operations, security, health and safety, compliance.
Plan staffing to match commercial needs and seasonal trends.
Ensure high shop floor standards and operational excellence.
The Successful Candidate
Valid experience driving sales and profitability in a retail store.
Passion for customer service and for coaching a high‑performing team.
Strong communication, organisational and multitasking skills.
Positive, enthusiastic attitude and alignment with Pandora values.
