The Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Manager to support the Director in optimisingprocessesandkeyaccountrelationships,andstrengtheningthecultureforremoteand field-based staff.This is anexcitingrole,asour sales teamare located inIreland.The rolewill play a key part in ensuring that all team members, regardless of location, feel connected to the Advanced Seating culture while also improving the efficiency and effectiveness of operations. Key Duties / Responsibilities Support Serveasakeypointofcontactfor thesales&rentalteam. Ensuresalesteamreceivestructuredonboarding,training,andongoingsupport. Assistinmanagingkeyaccounts,maintainingstrongrelationships,andensuringhighlevels of customer satisfaction. Streamlineprocessesandcommunicationusingappropriatetoolstoenhance efficiency and productivity. Team Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinateandfacilitatetherecruitmentprocessfornewsalesteammembers,ensuringa smooth and efficient hiring process. Supporttheonboardingofnewsaleshiresbyprovidingthemwiththenecessarytraining, resources, and integration into the company culture. Training & Development Organiseandcoordinateinternalsalestrainingprogrammes. Planandexecute trainingdays invarioushealthcaresettings.(Hospitals,NursingHomes, Primary Community Care etc..) Developtrainingmaterialsandbest-practiceguidesforsales,rentalandadminteams. Facilitate knowledgesharingacrossremoteandfield-basedteams. Cultural & Team Engagement Helpbuildandmaintainastrongcompanycultureforremoteandfieldstaff,ensuringthey feel part of the Advanced Seating culture and values. Developinitiativestokeepteamsengagedandalignedwithcompanygoals. Organise virtual and in-person events that foster team connection and motivation. Executive & Operational Support Workcloselywith accountsdepartmentalongwithmarketingdepartment withsalesgoals and strategic initiatives. Managedaytodayoperations,couldsometimesincludedelivering/collectingachair. PreparereportsandagendasattheendofthemonthalongwithoperatingCRMsystemto help our process. Essential Criteria Technical Skills: Strongorganisationalandcoordinationskills. Experienceinsalesoperations,distributorsupport,orkeyaccountmanagement. Abilitytobuildandmaintainrelationshipsacrossaremoteandfield-basedworkforce. ExperiencewithHubSpotand PowerBIisdesirablebutnotessential. Soft Skills: Excellentcommunicationskillsandabilitytofosterteamengagement. Experience in planning and executing training sessions and team events.
