**Job Title:** Senior Dietitian - Primary Care
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dietitian to join our team in Tallaght, Dublin. As a Senior Dietitian, you will play a key role in leading the delivery of dietetic services for individuals and families across the community.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team, and possess strong family-focused counselling skills. You will also have experience in managing allergies and providing personalized nutrition care plans for individuals with complex clinical conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide specialist dietary assessments and develop personalized nutrition care plans for people with various clinical conditions.
* Deliver group-based education sessions for families on healthy eating and preventative care.
* Contribute to service development, helping shape the paediatric dietetic pathway from the ground up.
* Work collaboratively with GPs, Public Health Nurses, Speech & Language Therapists, Physiotherapists, OTs, and other members of the Primary Care team.
