INFORM3 RECRUITMENT Project Manager – West Dublin – CivilINFORM3 are currently recruiting for an established civil engineering contractor who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee civils and enabling works on a major industrial development. The role involves full project lifecycle responsibility, from planning through to delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.Project Manager Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completionCoordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliersDevelop and maintain project programmes and schedulesEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standardsMonitor project costs, budgets, and financial performanceLiaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholdersManage risk, resolve issues, and implement mitigation strategiesEnsure quality control and adherence to specificationsPrepare regular progress reports and project updatesProject Manager Requirements:Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline5–10+ years’ experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projectsProven experience managing large-scale site operationsStrong knowledge of groundworks, utilities, drainage, and enabling worksExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsExperience working in fast‑paced, high‑value environmentsProficiency in project management tools and MS OfficeStrong commercial awareness and contract management experienceINFORM3 Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer.
