About the Role
As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for generating sales of used vehicles to Car Dealerships and other Trade Customers. You will work on your own initiative to achieve success in this role.
The job involves:
* Following up Sales Opportunities/Leads by Phone
* Scheduling Test Drive Bookings
* Logging customer queries
* Conducting pre-sales appointments by phone
* Promoting our Sales and Accessories Department
To succeed in this role, you will need a friendly, outgoing personality and excellent telephone manner. Strong customer service skills and good computer skills are also essential. Knowledge of the motor industry is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
