DescriptionJunior Technical AnalystThe Aviation Advisory team founded in 2016 has since established itself as best in class across its service offerings, growing to a team of 60+ staff in just 8 years. Current client offerings include; aircraft lease management, data migration management, aircraft maintenance reserve reviews, technical aircraft expertise, deal appraisals for investment decision making, and a broad range of accounting and finance offerings to its clients. The team is currently undertaking lease management for a fleet size of approximately 1,400 leases and provides professional services to 13 out of the Top 15 Aircraft Lessors.The Opportunity We have an opportunity for an entry level technical analyst, who is interested in working within the GT Aviation Lease Services team.The successful candidate will be joining a team that has gone through significant growth in recent years with ambitious plans to grow the Aviation Lease Services offering.This is an opportunity for someone with the ability to understand problems quickly to work with the number one provider of Aviation Lease Services to the aircraft leasing industry in Dublin – you will be immersed in the industry with high calibre colleagues.Roles & ResponsibilitiesFleet technical records data management, documentation updating and controlAssist with asset review system control and assessmentsManage and administer the technical specification database and reportingInput monthly utilization and review component status changesMaintain up to date technical knowledge of each aircraft by typeInput maintain and review fleet's aircraft specifications, aircraft technical information, equipment data and specificationsAnalyzing and updating shop visit eventsAssist with MR Claims processJob RequirementsAeronautical Engineering, Aviation Technology Degree or EquivalentDetail-Orientated and organizedMeet deadlines and be able to prioritizeMust be diligent, thorough, numerate with a keen attention to detailExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, OutlookPrevious experience of working in aviation is a distinct advantage#LI-KS1
