Bid and Partnership Specialist

Establish a strong partnership foundation by identifying, engaging, and collaborating with key business partners to drive growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

This pivotal role involves spearheading the launch of cutting-edge digital solutions across European markets while working closely with influential social media platforms to empower businesses achieve success. You will guide new clients from inception, providing expert guidance to craft effective campaigns that yield results and meet their objectives.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and onboard new partners: Conduct in-depth research to find potential businesses aligned with our offerings and deliver tailored pitches.
* Set Partners Up for Success: Ensure advertisers are well-equipped before transitioning to account management for sustained growth.
* Strategic Planning: Collaborate with existing advertisers to comprehend their goals and co-create bespoke marketing strategies.
* Client Insights: Develop a profound understanding of partners' business objectives, providing informed insights to enhance their success.
* Relationship Building: Establish long-lasting relationships as the primary point of contact for clients.
* Performance Targets: Work towards predefined KPIs and quarterly sales milestones.
* Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with the broader sales team to amplify role effectiveness.

Essential Qualifications:

* Experience: At least one year in a customer-facing role with a target-driven environment (sales experience preferred).
* Digital Marketing Acumen: In-depth understanding of digital marketing metrics like CPA, CPC, CPM, and ROAS.
* Analytical Skills: Proven ability to apply analytical approaches to solve complex business problems.
* Educational Expertise: Demonstrated ability to educate advertisers on campaign creation and optimization.
* Objection Handling: Skilled in crafting compelling plans to overcome customer objections.
* Adaptability: Quick learner with the ability to maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
* Tech Savviness: Affinity for innovative technology and emerging trends.
* Professionalism: Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional with effective multitasking skills.
* Goal-Oriented: Proven experience working towards quarterly goals in a KPI-driven environment.
* Lingual Proficiency: Professional proficiency in Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish.
