Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of employee relations strategies to drive business results and improve employee engagement.
* Provide expert guidance on employment law, policy, and procedure to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
* Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational change initiatives that support business objectives.
* Maintain open and transparent communication channels with employees, management, and stakeholders to build trust and resolve conflicts effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A relevant third-level professional qualification or membership of CIPD.
* Significant operational experience in dealing with HR/IR issues and delivering results at a senior level.
* Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and team management skills, with a proven ability to drive change, communicate effectively, and deliver results under pressure.
* Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and best practices in employee relations.
