About Your New Job
As the Fire and DAC Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Irish building regulations, specifically focusing on Fire Safety and Disability Access Certificates.
Prepare Fire Safety Certificates - experience within residential sector would be a bonus.
Prepare Disable Access Certificates - experience within residential sector would be a bonus.
Conduct technical inspections part B & M inspections in line with the BCAR requirements and building regulations.
Proficient in Revit / CAD
Understanding of the TGD B & M Irish regulations.
Able to conduct fire risk assessments.
Technical report writing.
Review and comment on technical submittals if required.
What Skills You Need
A degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience in fire safety engineering and disability access compliance within the Irish regulatory framework.
Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and standards.
Proficiency in BIM (Building Information Modelling) and other relevant software.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
