Job Description:
The position of Director of Nursing is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing and social care to residents. This involves implementing our Quality of Care System, monitoring clinical practice, and conducting internal audits.
Fundamental Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate records and monitor clinical practice to ensure compliance with regulations
* Develop individualized plans of care for each resident
