The Role: They wish to recruit a talented Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with 1-2 years PQE to join their dynamic team.
A newly qualified Solicitor with previous Paralegal experience will also be considered.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base, working on a variety of complex residential property transactions.
Key Responsibilities: Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds.
Advising clients on all aspects of residential property law.
Conducting due diligence, preparing contracts, and liaising with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction process.
Providing commercially focused, pragmatic legal advice aligned with clients objectives.
Supporting senior solicitors and partners on high-value residential and mixed-use development projects as needed.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships to deliver an outstanding level of service.
Requirements: Qualified solicitor with 1-2 years PQE in residential conveyancing or NQ with previous conveyancing paralegal experience.
Experience handling a varied caseload of residential property matters.
Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
Ability to work proactively and manage your own workload within a fast-paced environment.
