Job Title: Support Coordinator
The role of a Support Coordinator is to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team. This involves answering telephone calls and emails in a timely manner, booking seating and FloorBed assessments into the relevant specialist's diary, and supporting with training days for Occupational Therapists.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering telephone calls and emails from customers in a professional and courteous manner
* Supporting with booking assessments and training days
* Working closely with the product specialist team to ensure efficient use of their time
* Outbound calls and emails may be required to promote assessments and demonstrations
Requirements:
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Organizational and planning skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in using internal systems
