Senior Contracts Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Manager to lead multiple project teams in the West of Ireland.
* To oversee and manage large-scale projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring all contractual requirements are met.
* To work closely with directors and surveyors, providing strategic guidance and support as needed.
* Lead by example in managing compliance, health and safety protocols (H&S), and business continuity assurance risk (BCAR).
* Maintain effective relationships with clients through clear communication and regular updates on project progress.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a third-level qualification in a related construction field.
Candidates must have:
built-in team leadership qualities,
have over 10 years' experience in similar roles,a proven track record of working on major projects within the construction industry.
