We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team for a temporary contract.
About the Role:
1. This role involves providing technical support for enterprise-level application systems, helping users troubleshoot and resolve issues with software applications.
2. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills in business analysis, ERP support, and project administration.
3. You will be responsible for managing incoming requests and incidents from the business via our ticketing system. This includes troubleshooting user/application issues, resolving them where possible or escalating when necessary.
4. You will also manage permissions and access for various software applications as well as developing your understanding of Application & ERP functionality and configuration through extensive training provided by us.
