What We're Looking For Essential Registered General Nurse with active NMBI registration Minimum 5 years' post-registration experience in the acute sector Strong knowledge of audits and quality care metrics Experience managing rosters and supervising HCAs and Staff Nurses Clinical competence in managing deteriorating patients Excellent IT skills (including Excel) Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills Desirable Postgraduate qualification (e.g., Emergency, Gerontology, Medical/Surgical Nursing) QQI Level 6+ in Management or Leadership Experience in discharge planning and patient flow MDT coordination experience Proven people management capability What You'll Receive A competitve salary and benefits package will be designed to attract the right candidate to this pivotal role.
