Job Description
We are seeking a professional to maintain ongoing customer relationships and foster good internal relationships with all relevant teams and business units in order to deliver excellent service and product.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and work closely with internal and external colleagues to ensure an excellent level of customer service.
This role is responsible for developing good business relationships with new and existing customers, processing customer requests and enquiries, and managing and processing customer enquiries by web, phone and email.
