About your new role as a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing one of our stores located in Drogheda, Co. Louth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a high-performing team
* Mentor and train staff to achieve excellent customer service and store results
* Implement effective rostering and cash handling procedures
* Manage stock levels and inventory control
* Deliver outstanding quality, service and store profitability
* Ensure exceptional customer experiences
* Develop and implement branding and advertising strategies
* Analyze and report on sales metrics and performance
* Coordinate logistics and internal meetings
Requirements:
* Fluent spoken and written English
* A relevant food qualification or degree is advantageous
* Previous experience working as a Team Leader or Supervisor in hospitality or food
* Experience of opening and closing a store
* Strong supervisory and operational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Must live within commutable distance to Drogheda
* Hold a valid EU passport or Stamp 4 visa
