About the Job
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in providing outstanding service to our customers while driving sales. You will be the friendly voice that helps customers with their insurance needs, ensuring they have the right products and solutions to fit their lifestyles.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with customers to identify their insurance needs, offering suitable products that enhance their experience.
* Provide exceptional service, answering customer queries and resolving concerns efficiently and effectively.
* Use product knowledge to cross-sell and up-sell additional services, helping customers get the most out of their coverage.
* Work to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and that they're completely satisfied.
Requirements
* At least an A-level or equivalent qualification with passes in English and Maths.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and customer service.
* Comfortable using systems and technology to manage customer interactions.
