Overview:
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated
E-commerce Assistant
to support the day-to-day operations of their online store. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing product listings, processing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the setup, maintenance, and optimization of product listings across e-commerce platforms.
* Coordinate product information, images, and pricing to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Monitor stock levels and communicate with supply chain and warehouse teams to manage inventory.
* Support marketing initiatives such as product launches, email campaigns, and online promotions.
* Process online orders, returns, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Track and analyze website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with the design, marketing, and logistics teams to enhance the overall e-commerce workflow.
Key Requirements:
* Strong understanding of online retail and digital marketplaces.
* Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento).
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
* Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
