This position requires a blend of strategic insight and practical execution suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, solutions-driven environment and can balance commercial, operational, and people priorities.?? Main duties: Lead all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting.? Deliver timely and accurate monthly management accounts and Board reports.? Working Capital management, including Debtors and Cash flow forecasting.? Annual Budgeting and reforecasting throughout the year.? Drive profitability and margin improvement across the company.? Oversee financial controls, compliance, audit and tax requirements.? Provide financial analysis to support tenders, investments and commercial decisions.? Cost Management and review of major accounts.? Build financial models to assess new revenue streams and investment opportunities.? Manage and develop the finance team Assist with strategic planning The person: Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 57 years pqe in a senior finance leadership role, Proven track record in a senior finance role with financial management, commercial awareness and operational oversight.?
