Maintain systems and legislation pertaining to the department. Maintain Food Safety and HACCP Standards within the store at all times Ensure Food Safety Standards are adhered to in line with EIQA standards/audits Work with EHO in terms of food safety legislation visits To support the Bakery team in delivering the departments financial KPIs through sales promotion, waste control, quality control and availability. Ensure all waste incurred during your shift is recorded correctly. Participate fully with training and up skilling of allied bakers and apprentices within the department. Support and implement all company procedures and any new initiatives for in-store bakeries.
