To produce and bake all products to the Supervalu standard using the Company recipes and specifications.
To ensure all bakery products are finished and displayed to the Supervalu standard.
To produce products based on sales performance.
Conduct all duties in accordance with food, health, safety and Q/A requirements To follow the clean as you go policy and end of day clean downs and ensure all relevant documentation has been completed.
Maintain systems and legislation pertaining to the department.
Maintain Food Safety and HACCP Standards within the store at all times Ensure Food Safety Standards are adhered to in line with EIQA standards/audits Work with EHO in terms of food safety legislation visits To support the Bakery team in delivering the departments financial KPIs through sales promotion, waste control, quality control and availability.
Ensure all waste incurred during your shift is recorded correctly.
Participate fully with training and up skilling of allied bakers and apprentices within the department.
Support and implement all company procedures and any new initiatives for in-store bakeries.
Ideally you should have or be able to demonstrate: Bakery Production certification Bakery production, breads and cakes HACCP Team Player Excellent Customer Service Strong Communication skills This is a 5 over 7 day contract, 32-39 hours per week, Skills: ?
