Clinical Nurse Manager 2
We are seeking a highly-motivated and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager 2 to join our team in Adult Services. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the clinical oversight within a large team delivering care and support to adults with disability support needs.
* Working in partnership with service owners and their families to ensure high-quality care and support.
* Resource management, ensuring a safe effective service to service users, staff development, standard setting and monitoring, facilitating communication and managing the nursing team to deliver the service.
* A lead role in management and monitoring of risk and safeguarding across the service.
Requirements:
* Registered with AN Bord Altranais (NMBI) as a Registered Nurse.
* A recognised validated University Degree or an equivalent qualification in Nursing.
* A minimum of 5 years post-qualification full-time experience.
* A recognised management qualification.
* Demonstrate evidence of continuing professional development.
* A minimum of 3 years working at a senior level, or in a supervisory capacity.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience working with Children/Adults with disabilities, (physical disability, autism, learning disability) and their families.
* Demonstrate the ability to provide staff supervision training and development.
* A working knowledge of HIQA Guidance for the Assessment of Centres for persons with Disabilities, regulations and inspection requirements.
