Contract:Permanent

Salary: Competitive including uncapped commission structure available in this role. OTE €80K plus + company car

Location:Field based inMunster areas (Cork, Clare, Kerry, Limerick, Waterford and Tipperary)

Due to ongoing growth, we’re seeking a driven and ambitious Business DevelopmentManagerto join our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their career in a dynamic and innovate environment. You’ll be responsible for managing an established customer base while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities, specifically forHyster Forklift TrucksandCombilift equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and grow your territory, ensuring strong engagement with both existing and prospective clients.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets for Hyster and associated agency equipment.
* Develop tailored sales strategies by understanding customer needs and mitigating potential risks.
* Lead contract negotiations and ensure seamless integration of customer requirements into operational processes.
* Leverage insights from local and national markets to support strategic sales initiatives.
* Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through proactive lead generation.
* Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of quality solutions and services.

What you’ll bring:

* Proven experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the equipment or industrial sectors.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for building lasting client relationships.
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
* Self-motivated, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
* A full, clean driving licence is essential.
