Job Purpose: To professionally lead the care team during any span of duty, ensuring that a safe, effective and efficient care service is maintained that meets the needs of residents. We currently have several full‑time positions for Silver Stream Healthcare Management Limited (Sugarloaf Care Centre - Kilmacanogue South, Co Wicklow A98 C2CO).
Roles and Responsibilities
Implement personalized care plans to enhance residents’ quality of life.
Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and integrated care.
Create a supportive atmosphere, tailoring services to residents’ preferences and needs.
Provide personal assistance with a commitment to comfort, hygiene, and safe practices.
Engage residents.
Desirable Qualifications
FETAC Level 5 modules in Care of the Elderly (preferred).
Patient Moving and Manual Handling training.
At least 1 year experience as a Healthcare Assistant (preferred).
