 
        
        Dynamic Solutions Specialist Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics Functional Consultant to lead the delivery of scalable, innovative solutions.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing existing functionality and designing greenfield Customer Service solutions. Key responsibilities include acting as the subject matter expert for the Customer Service business application, applying expert knowledge of customer service business processes, and configuring and enhancing Dynamics components.
Project responsibilities include collaborating with the business analysis team, providing functional leadership across multiple Agile project streams, and ensuring all solutions align with program objectives and architectural standards.
 * 5+ years' experience configuring and delivering Customer Service solutions.
 * Proven background in continuous improvement and optimization of D environments.
 * Strong understanding of Customer Service operations, including real-world challenges and success drivers.
 * Proficiency in the Power Platform, including Power Automate.
 * Experience working in a managed environment.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
 * Collaborative approach to working across cross-functional Agile teams.
 * Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
