Location: Lucena Clinic, Child Adolescent Mental Health Services Initial Base: Lucena Clinic, 59 Orwell Road, Rathgar, Dublin 6 Lucena Clinic provides a comprehensive Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service for young people presenting with moderate to severe mental health disorders, to defined catchment areas, with an under 18 population of 172,585, residing in South Dublin City and County plus North and West County Wicklow .
Clinical Teams are based throughout the catchment area operating clinics in Tallaght, Rathgar, Dun Laoghaire, Bray, Wicklow town and Arklow.
In addition to community CAMHS, Lucena Clinic is developing several specialist services at this time, including eating disorder services, crisis intervention, and day hospital services.
In line with the National Model of Care for Early intervention in psychosis, Lucena CAMHS are now developing the first EIPS service within CAMHS.
Support Services Officer with Responsibility for Procurement - Grade VI (Permanent, Full-Time) Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the above permanent, full-time position for Lucena CAMHS.
The successful candidate will plan, develop, administer, supervise and lead an administrative team providing administrative support management to Lucena CAMHS; be responsible for St John of God Community Mental Health Services Procurement processes and compliance in line with public sector regulations; liaise with HSE, external agencies and internal and external departments within St John of God Community Mental Health Services.
The successful candidate will be flexible, committed and possess; A recognized, relevant and validated qualification in management/leadership.
A minimum of 5 years supervisory/management experience with people reporting directly to you.
A minimum of one years experience of procurement Demonstrable working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and an understanding of the best use of IT in administrative functions.
Demonstrable proven ability to motivate, manage performance and build teams.
Excellent organizational, delegation, communication, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills and an awareness/sensitivity towards patients' needs.
Demonstrable proven ability to use initiative, work under pressure, to achieve deadlines and to manage areas of responsibility in a pro-active and professional manner.
Display absolute discretion and confidentiality.
A full clean driver's licence and own means of transport.
Remuneration Salary Grade **** Grade VI (Clerical) on the Consolidated HSE Pay Scale €57,898 - €70,734 per annum pro rata Initial location The initial location of this role is Lucena Clinic, Rathgar .
However, you may be required, from time to time, to work at SJOG CS's other places of business or/and the premises of such associated s companies or organisations as SJOG CS may require.
You will be given as much notice of any such change of place of work as is reasonably practicable.
