Project Manager - Civils

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on large civil engineering projects. You will ensure projects are delivered safely and on time, with the highest quality standards achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise site teams and labor to ensure efficient workflows and effective coordination of materials and equipment.
* Implement project plans in line with project drawings, specifications, and schedules to meet project targets.
* Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance throughout all stages of the project.
* Coordinate and manage plant, equipment, and materials to avoid delays and minimize costs.
* Conduct regular progress meetings and daily site briefings to keep stakeholders informed.
* Monitor productivity, quality, and performance against project targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
* Report daily progress and issues to the Site Manager/Project Manager, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of project status and any challenges encountered.
* Resolve on-site challenges to maintain programme delivery and achieve project milestones.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager or Foreman on civil engineering projects.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct site teams.
* Knowledge of Irish construction regulations and safety standards, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively.
