Service Advisor Role Overview
This is a crucial position in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. As an Apprentice Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the flow of information between the workshop, dealership, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage service telephone and walk-in enquiries on behalf of the business.
* Qualify service needs and diagnose vehicle running problems where appropriate.
* Establish understanding and agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out.
* Calculate workshop capacity and enter details onto the service workshop loading system.
* Manage handover and administration of Customer Service Vehicles.
Requirements
* Professional appearance and well-presented in a corporate environment.
* Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Able to record accurately all relevant details.
* Ability to 'up sell' additional work/accessories.
* Fully qualified driver licence is an essential requirement for this role.
