Office/Sales Administrator
A junior administrator is required to support our sales, marketing, and technical supplier teams in a busy office environment.
Duties:
* Process customer purchase orders efficiently
* Review delivery dates from HQ and match them to customer requirements
* Request date changes as needed and update internal systems
* Identify issues and report them to the supply chain administrator
* Coordinate damage reports and short shipments with logistics at HQ
* Process internet and E-Shop Orders
* Update order date changes and amendments on internal systems
* Resolve customer delivery issues and provide proof of delivery information
* Verify sales orders for accuracy before sending via EDI
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year experience in an office administrator role
* Proficiency in Microsoft suite, including Office 365
* Strong communication and organization skills
