Ensure the quality of the product produced, service delivery, the maintenance of all site buildings and servicing of all manufacturing and site service assets is at the required standard and working within the Company’s accredited standards and health and safety requirements.Previous experience in managing production teams in a fast-paced environment would be advantageous. Knowledge of quality standards (eg ISO 9001, BRC etc) or equivalent is desirable as is strong problem solving and decision-making skills and experience in thermoforming or plastics manufacturing.This role is available working Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day, full time.What We Need From YouKey ResponsibilitiesLead day‑to‑day production operations, ensuring labour, materials and equipment are optimised to meet the production plan.Manage production variances, costs and performance through daily cross‑functional reviews.Oversee Warehouse and Engineering activities, including dispatch, maintenance and equipment reliability.Ensure high standards of quality, hygiene, health, safety and environmental compliance across all areas.Lead, develop and engage Thermoforming, Warehouse and Engineering teams, driving performance and accountability.Track and improve KPIs, support CAPEX proposals and lead continuous improvement initiatives.Take responsibility for site operations and security during production hours.What You'll Get From UsWith safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
