Job Title: Senior Corporate Compliance Officer
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and maintaining the highest level of corporate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This includes ensuring adherence to all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive documentation to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements;
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address and guide on legal issues, ensuring compliance and risk management;
* Design and implement compliance management systems to monitor and track adherence to regulations;
* Conduct and oversee data protection and awareness programs for employees;
* Identify and mitigate potential legal and compliance risks;
* Ensure organizational compliance with data protection laws, such as GDPR, by developing and implementing data protection policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in corporate compliance, including knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and industry standards;
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills;
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
