What You Will Do
* Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and briefs with a focus on conveyancing matters
* Liaise with clients, solicitors, and third parties in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintain and organise case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accurately filed
* Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and support solicitors with day-to-day case management
* Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high standards of client care

Who You Are:
* A legal qualification would be advantageous.
* Previous professional experience in a comparable role.
* Organised and detail-oriented, with strong administration, multitasking and time-management skills.
* Confident and effective communicator and collaborator.
