We are seeking an accomplished Finance Transformation Specialist to be part of our consulting practice.
About the Role
* Contribute to and support a variety of client engagements, helping drive project team success within finance transformation, project management, and change and innovation spaces.
* Deliver business-focused solutions to a wide range of financial and non-financial clients, as well as supporting the strategic development of the wider consulting business.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to successfully deliver and manage projects across a range of key areas.
* Lead the delivery of complex projects and programs for key clients, ensuring high-quality outputs and successfully meeting tight deadlines.
* Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and an ability to work to strict deadlines.
* Define and drive projects across all stages of the project lifecycle.
* Manage cross-functional teams spanning multiple business units and functions.
* Devise comprehensive project plans, define roles and responsibilities, and create clear communications strategies.
* Identify and implement innovative process improvements and solutions.
* Build client relationships and interact proactively with key stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues, and provide analysis to inform client deliverables.
Skills and Qualifications
* A third-level degree, with a strong academic record.
* A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in delivering business change in one or more of the following areas: finance process improvement and automation in a finance setting, shared services and outsourcing programs, enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations, finance systems such as Oracle, SAP, MS Project/programme management for large-scale business and finance transformations, finance reporting including value & performance management.
* Strong financial management experience, including financial analysis, processes, procedures, people, systems, and structures.
* Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to professional and client service excellence and developing effective working relationships.
* Strong multi-tasking abilities and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
