Limerick, are a medium sized Irish engineering consultancy, established over 15 years have grown from strength to strength and have developed an excellent reputation over the years. We now have an opening for an experienced Financial manager to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join this exciting organisation.In order to be successful in this position, ideally you will have previous experience in the Construction or Engineering Sector, excellent organisational and time keeping skills, accounts & payroll skills, strong administrative skills, and have a good positive can-do attitude. The role will be a mix of teamwork and working on your own initiative.Role & Responsibilities:Accounting managementUpdating accounting software and ensuring cash flow on a project by project basis. Production of monthly P&L along with profit forcasts.Client management and project planningManagement of projects from client engagement through to invoicing and monitoring staff time and profit levels for the business. The nature of the company is that over 200 projects come through the office each year and the efficiency in dealing with these is paramount to the business, use and creation of streamlined workflows for project implementation is a large part of the role.
