We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out general duties as requested by management, including building, installing and painting cabinets, shelves, etc.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in this or a related role, with proficiency in trade and handyman skills. Hospital experience is preferred.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out general duties as requested by management.
* Build, install and paint cabinets, shelves, etc.
* Install and repair key locks and hardware.
* Repairs to furniture.
* Window cleaning.
* Landscape maintenance.
* Assist in plumbing issues.
* Facility repairs, including paint and plaster repairs.
* Collect and deliver clinical waste and laundry.
* Deliver bottled medical gases to departments.
* Maintain carpark and its payment stations.
* Key Qualifications:
* Proficient knowledge of trade and handyman skills.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in this or a related role.
* Hospital experience is preferred.
