Motor Claims Specialist Role

As a Motor Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for the administration and negotiation of damage claims, working closely with customers to achieve timely and accurate resolutions.
About the Job:
This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be expected to establish timely, accurate, and consistent reserves, perform ongoing reviews throughout the claims cycle, and drive cases to a timely and accurate resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of motor claims, ensuring that all cases are resolved in a timely and accurate manner.
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, providing high-quality customer service at all times.
* Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
* A minimum of two higher level C3s/H5 subjects in the Leaving Certificate or Third Level Qualification (minimum Diploma Level 6 Standard), or equivalent industry qualification.
* Hold or have the desire to pursue a Certificate in Insurance Practice (CIP) and/or Association of Insurance Institute ACII qualification.
* Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a particular requirement for high quality telephone skills.
