Duties will include scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth office operations in collaboration with team members.QualificationsProficient in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to ensure efficient organizational processes.Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for effective interactions with customers and team members.Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance to provide high-level support to managers or executives.Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office and familiarity with office equipment.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred.A professional demeanor and positive attitude are a must.
