Your new role As Payroll & HR Coordinator, you will join the People Operations team on a permanent basis, supporting end-to-end payroll delivery while also providing high-quality HR administrative support across the employee life cycle. This is a hands-on, varied role ideally suited to someone with strong Irish payroll experience who is looking to further develop their career across both payroll and HR functions. Responsibilities: End-to-end administration of Irish monthly payroll in collaboration with an external payroll provider. Acting as the main point of contact for all payroll-related queries Administration of company benefits in line with internal policies Supporting internal and external audits requiring People Operations input Preparing and maintaining People Operations reports for multiple stakeholders Maintaining accurate employee records on the HRIS Managing purchasing activities for the People Operations team, including purchase orders and liaison with Finance Providing timely and professional support via the People Operations mailbox Acting as custodian of HR documentation and supporting compliance activities Collaborating closely with People Operations and Finance colleagues Supporting additional People Operations projects and initiatives as required What you'll need to succeed Minimum of 3 years' experience in Irish payroll administration (in-house or outsourced) IPASS Payroll Technician qualification (Essential*) Experience providing HR administration support Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy when handling sensitive data Strong analytical and numerical ability High level of discretion, integrity and professionalism Desirable (but not essential): Experience using HRIS platforms (e.g. BambooHR) Working knowledge of SharePoint Experience supporting EU-funded projects or complex reporting What you'll get in return You will join a values-driven organisation with a strong sense of purpose, where collaboration, wellbeing and positive impact are genuinely embedded in how people work together every day.
