Bodyshop Administrator
We are seeking a talented professional to join our team in the role of Bodyshop Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has a strong work ethic.
* Job Description:
* In this role, you will be responsible for processing all damages that require bodyshop assessment and repair. You will ensure that vehicle downtime days are in line with agreed KPIs and that no more than 2% of the fleet are in the bodyshop at any one time.
* You will take additional images of damaged vehicles as required, upload damage pack files/images to the shared drive/damage fleet, and carry out quality checks on vehicles returning from bodyshop repair.
* You will notify the workshop manager of QC outcomes for repair acceptance or failure and manage and monitor vehicles in the bodyshop.
* You will also be responsible for managing damage packs, satisfying requests for missing or poor-quality documentation, and providing training support to satellite branches as needed.
* Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree including maths and English or equivalent.
* Basic knowledge of vehicle panels and maintenance.
* Experience in a bodyshop at any capacity.
* Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and relationship building.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong work ethic with the ability to perform under pressure.
* IT literate; competent in Microsoft Office.

* A competitive salary of €30,000 per annum, pro-rata.
